PLC Projects

PC and CN Projects
REM software & automation develops mainly PC programs in the following environment
- Microsoft (Visual C++, VisualBasic, C#) for:
- Supervision installation panels (Man-Machine interface)
- HMI Applications
- Optimization systems for sequential warehousing
- Optimization systems for cutting glass, wood, etc.
- Integration of installations and final client database
- Planning firmware for custom cards on various microprocessors, as well as other applications, such as analog systems management in high speed weighing
- Writing basic software libraries for industrial counters based either on PC or custom cards, and other operative systems including Windows (communication software for different applications, drivers for hardware interface, etc.)
- Writing control software to connect industrial numeric controls to high speed weighing systems
- Creating communication protocols between PC, PLC and custom equipment
- Writing software libraries (Dll) for communication between PC and equipment using particular protocols such as:
- CAN_OPEN for distributed I/O cards, inverter and digital switchers (Wago, Temposonic, Danaher Motion, Keb, etc.),
- Developing applications for banknotes recognition systems
- Developing numeric control applications for metal sheet molding equipment
- Developing numeric control applications for glass, wood and other material manufacturing equipment.
